Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for new and used video game software or toys, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We have a 60-day return policy for used video game consoles, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy for Trading Card Game Singles is below

  • We do not offer and refunds, exchanges or cancellations for singles purchases
  • Our cards are guaranteed in condition stated as defined by TCGplayer
  • We make no guarantees regarding card centering and do not consider uncentered cards as defective
  • We do not make any guarantees that our singles will reach any grade. If you are purchasing with the purpose of grading, we recommend you do not purchase until you view the card in-store first
  • If the card you received is not in near-mint condition please contact us via our chat, socials or via email for a refund at spanky@spankyslootstash.com
  • Depending on the condition and value of the card, we may request for the damaged card to be returned to us
  • You need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of your cards in order to request a refund of a damaged card
  • If a return is required, we require the card to be received back within 14 days of contacting us
  • We will process you’re a store refund upon receipt and evaluating the return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Item MUST be shipped within 14 days of receiving return shipping label. If not shipped within the allotted time, the return process will be cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at spanky@spankyslootstash.com.

Returns:

  • All NEW items, (Unopened/Factory Sealed) can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
  • New items must be in the same condition as when they were sold.
  • All refunds for items will be refunded in the same method by which they were paid. 
  • All used items are guaranteed for 14 days against defects. A return can be initiated within 14 days for a full refund if any issues occur.
  • All used video game consoles come with a 60 day warranty against defects. Defective products will be replaced with the same item. If the exact replacement is unavailable, the purchase price will be refunded.

We Do Not Accept Returns Of:

  • Any product(s) returned more than 14 days from the date of purchase in-store.
  • Online returns if they initiated more than 14 days after delivery or not shipped within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label.
  • Any NEW product(s) that have been opened, used, or removed from their packaging.
  • Any product(s) not in its original condition as sold.
  • Any product(s) that is damaged, missing parts, or has been subjected to abusive use.
  • Pokémon TCG Products or other TCG products. All sales are final on TCG.

All store polices may change at any time, and are subject to manager approval.
