Spanky is Starting to Offer Repairs!

    Hello, I would like to inform you all of our new service being add to our store. At first this service will be limited to cartridge battery replacements. Eventually we will start to offer console repairs on a case by case basis but as we're both very busy with our Full-time jobs 😅 it'll be in a little while. The battery replacement service will cost $15 per cartridge; will probably do a deal if you have multiple!

    If you have old Game Boy games sitting around or bought some from Facebook marketplace likely your game won't save 😢, this is because the components inside some of these cartridges need power to hold data. The power source is a battery which is likely dried or is about to be due to age. If this is the case with you then we'll replace and solder a new battery in for you! Examples of popular games that depend on a battery are the Pokémon games starting with Red and Blue up until Pokémon Emerald, The Legend of Zelda games for Game Boy & Game Boy Color like Oracle of Seasons, Some Mario games, Kirby, and Donkey Kong.

    So before you start questing make sure you get that rejuvenated energy so you don't lose your precious creatures or loot💰!
